In 2021, the Logistikwerkstatt Graz takes on the big topic of “e-commerce”. Due to the pandemic situation in particular, this distribution channel has come into the public eye and it seems that fear of contact is disappearing on all sides. With our event, we want to approach the challenges behind this increasing demand for “ordered and delivered” and, in a proven manner, bring science and business into conversation with one another through lectures and discussions (Werkstatt). In addition to the usual focus on device technology, success stories and organizational approaches, the business model and the IT behind “e-commerce” should also be communicated and discussed in order to offer our esteemed readers an interesting mix of topics.
