Short-lived events such as floods, which occur on the time frame of hours to weeks, can not be resolved with the standard GRACE/GRACE-FO temporal resolution of one month. This thesis provides the theoretical foundation and implementation of a near real-time processing scheme for gravity field recovery with daily resolution.
