The Verlag der Technischen Universität Graz is the university press of Graz University of Technology. As an institutional publishing service, we support members of the university in publishing scholarly works and making them available to the scientific community as well as to a broader public.

Our aim is to ensure the rapid and long-term availability of publications while maintaining quality assurance in accordance with scholarly standards. For this purpose, we offer the option of a standardized peer-review process to ensure the quality of the content.

To maximize the visibility and discoverability of our publications, we also ensure their broad national and international dissemination. We register our books and e-books with relevant library catalogues and indexing services, including the Austrian Library Network, WorldCat, BASE, OpenAIRE, OpenAlex, and the Verzeichnis Lieferbarer Bücher (VLB) database. This ensures that our publications are easily discoverable worldwide by libraries, research institutions, researchers, and the wider public.

WHAT?

We publish monographs, edited volumes, dissertations, conference proceedings, textbooks, commemorative publications, etc. as e-books in Open Access and as print editions. Thematically, the publishing program reflects the spectrum of disciplines at TU Graz.
